Cosmic Energy and Reiki healings have a focus on the main 7 chakras in the human body. While both types of Energy healing methods provide relaxation and reduce stress, Cosmic Energy has multiple channels for physical diseases in addition to the emotional and spiritual bodies.
What are Chakras?
Chakras are spinning energy centers or "wheels'" in the body that correspond to major organs and nerve bundles. Chakra is a Sanskrit word originating in India between 1500 and 500 BC.
Chakras are believed to provide subtle energy that helps the mind, intellect, and organ functions. When chakras are open and balanced, energy can flow freely and align the mind, body, and spirit. When chakras are blocked, it may cause physical and/or emotional symptoms relating to the specific chakra. For example, a person who constantly speaks over others may have their throat chakra blocked.

Both Cosmic Energy and Reiki Practitioners start on opening each of the 7 main chakras to release emotional and physical blockages to align the mind, body, and spirit.
